Kathy Hertogs is the Acting Chief Financial Officer for eTAGZ, INC.  Kathy brings a wealth of financial experience in finance, accounting and consulting to eTAGZ.  Kathy practiced public accounting with Price Waterhouse in NY and audited large NYSE companies. She has also held various financial management positions with Tandem Computers.  In the last 10 years, she has focused on lending her financial expertise to start up companies in both Silicon Valley and Washington.  Some of the high tech startups she has worked with include Respond.com, Impresse Corporation and NetRatings.

Kathy is a Certified Public Accountant in both California and Washington.  She also received her Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Fordham University in NY.  Kathy and her husband have 3 children and are active in their church and community.  She is the total “soccer mom” and can be seen at sporting events on any given Saturday.
