ETAGZ SETTLES PATENT CASE WITH PRIMOS
Salt Lake City, UT— In January 2011, local technology innovator, eTAGZ, sued Primos, Inc, a Flora, Mississippi company that sells hunting related products, for patent infringement. Primos denied the claims. . In October 2011 eTagz amicably resolved its dispute with Primos to the parties’ mutual satisfaction. “Good corporate citizens like Primos are companies we’d much rather work with than litigate against,” said Isaac Jacobson, CEO of eTAGZ.
“eTAGZ is excited to push forward with its other strategic business relationships rather than maintain an adversarial one, which would only waste resources for both companies,” said Sean Reyes, eTAGZ General Counsel and candidate for Utah Attorney General in 2012.
